Scope of this policy

This policy covers the Muffle website, Google login, checkout, My Cards, private order pages and customer-service conversations. We, us and our refer to Muffle.

Google login is required for the shopping app. Purchases and conversations are linked to your account; payment and fulfillment create records even when no voucher email is sent.

Identity providers, wallet services, infrastructure providers, issuers and redemption websites have their own privacy policies.

Information can arise at several stages of using Muffle, including authentication, selecting an option, matching a payment and asking for assistance. This policy explains those stages together so you can distinguish private application records from information made visible by an independent payment service.

Following a link to a brand, wallet or identity provider takes you to a separate service. Review that service's notices before entering additional information there. Muffle's privacy controls do not replace the choices available through those external accounts.
